WE WILL ONLY LIST TEAMS THAT HAVE REGISTERED IN THE EVENT. LAST YEAR APPROXIMATELY 95% OF THE TEAMS LISTED, PLAYED IN OUR EVENT.
Some divisions sold out and were on a waiting list. IT IS LIKELY THAT THIS YEARS EVENT WILL SELL OUT PRIOR TO THE CUTOFF DATE. WE WILL LIST A COMPLETE WHO'S COMING ON OUR WEBSITE BY 4/15/2012.

4 BIG REASONS
ALL GAMES WILL BE PLAYED ON QUALITY BASEBALL FIELDS. Teams playing in the Travel Sports World Series of Baseball 2012 will play all games on NEW BASEBALL FIELDS in Grapevine. Southlake and Trophy Club, Texas. No other National event in select baseball can promise this and deliver. NO SOFTBALL FIELDS! ALL umpires are certified officials and meet Travel Sports minimum age requirement to officiate games of 21 years of age.
A TRAVEL SPORTS EXCLUSIVE!
We offer a reasonable Gate Fee option. Each player pays a $35.00 facility fee at team check in. What does this mean? It means that we do not require every parent, brother, sister, Aunt, Uncle and Grand Parent to buy a $35 pass and stand in long admission lines. We operate an open gate at our event.

EASY ONLINE TEAM CHECK IN
Teams have the option to check in using our new Virtual Team Check In option. The system is very transparent to coaches wishing to verify players
during the event and easy to use. No need to show up with the entire
team and go through a lengthy check in process anymore. Regular team check in will be available to any teams wishing to go the traditional route. Online
Team Check-in Opens June 1st, 2012 and closes on the entry
deadline date for the event.

Travel Teams. FACTS ARE FACTS! Travel Sports 2011 had the highest percentage of out of area teams of any World Series in the Mid-Southern United States, in fact we had the largest number of travel teams for any National in our region! Competition is what your looking for? Competition is what you'll get! In our National events less than half the Titles held in North Texas have went to local North Texas Teams.

Awards
Travel Sports will offer an EXTENSIVE AWARDS PACKAGE to the championship teams. Second place will receive Team and Player awards. Travel sports does not hand out awards based on attendance. While we believe every player deserves acknowledgement to there effort, we do not believe it should be expressed through a participation trophy. We will show our appreciation to those players through the level at which we perform our duties and keep our promises to you.

Travel Sports holds a higher regard to the quality of an event rather than it's size. While we have enough fields to host a little over 30 teams in each division, we will not secure more fields in the event we fill early. With the team interest we are receiving, this is very likely.
